Swedish and Hot stone Massage

This foundational course introduces students to the techniques of Swedish massage, a
therapeutic practice designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. Students will learn how to use strokes such as effleurage, petrissage, and tapotement to relieve muscle tension and enhance circulation. The program also covers client consultation, contraindications, and the proper use of oils. Graduates will be able to deliver a deeply relaxing and professional massage experience.

This course also teaches the application of heated basalt stones as an extension of hand techniques to deliver a deeply relaxing and therapeutic massage. Students will learn about the benefits of heat therapy, proper stone placement, and safe handling techniques. This training combines traditional massage with the use of hot stones to target deep muscle tension and promote overall relaxation. Graduates will be equipped to offer a luxurious spa service that stands out.
